Habib Malik Orakzai - Chairman Advisory Board

Habib Malik Orakzai is a distinguished Pakistani human rights leader and political figure, widely recognized for his lifelong commitment to justice, equality and the empowerment of marginalized communities. He serves as the Chairman of the Pakistan International Human Rights Organization (PIHRO) and is also the Founder and Chairman of the Mutahidda Qabail Party (MQP), a political platform dedicated to advancing the rights and welfare of the people from Pakistan’s former tribal areas (FATA).

Mr. Orakzai has extensive experience in national and international human rights advocacy, focusing on strengthening democratic governance, improving access to justice and promoting social and economic inclusion. Under his leadership, PIHRO has championed initiatives in education, youth development, women’s empowerment, and refugee protection, making significant contributions to both grassroots communities and broader policy dialogues.

He holds a specialization in International and Global Studies from the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP), Switzerland, which has further enriched his vision and expertise in navigating global human rights and security challenges. With this blend of international academic training and deep rooted field experience, Mr. Orakzai continues to work toward a just, inclusive and rights based society in line with universal human rights standards.
