Dr. Faisal Shahzad Khan is a leading peace building and development expert in Pakistan, specializing in governance reforms, rule of law and human rights. Over the past decade, he has worked with international and national organizations including UNODC, IOM, NCSW, SSDO, IRM and CHRS, contributing to policy design, institutional strengthening and community resilience.
As a senior policy advisor, Dr. Khan has supported initiatives that promote social cohesion, interfaith harmony and pluralism, while advancing the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals. He has designed and delivered capacity building programs for government institutions, law enforcement agencies, civil society actors and youth networks across Pakistan.
Dr. Khan holds a PhD in Political Science and combines academic scholarship with field-based expertise. He has authored policy briefs, manuals, and counter-extremism frameworks and is widely recognized for advancing inclusive and rights based approaches to sustainable peace and security.
